Job Description
The EUC & Apps Integration Lead will be required to perform and/or have responsibility for duties including, but not limited to:
Lead, manage and mentor the EUC team to deploy the next generation of modernised ICT infrastructure onto Navy platforms.
Manage the architecture and integration of complex ICT systems.
Monitor risks and issues associated with deployment, and develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure that projects stay on track.
Provide SME advice and be a representative of the project in stakeholder meetings.
Engage with key Defence application capability leads and stakeholders through a regular communications channel.
Provide governance and quality assurance of project deliverables (technical and non-technical), including oversight of project documentation.
Define and manage priorities against the available capacity of team members.
Work collaboratively with project peers and external stakeholders to deliver an overall high-quality end product.
Required skills and experience
Experience working in Defence as an EUC & App Integration Lead.
Demonstrated experience leading a high performing technical team.
Demonstrated experience in the architecture design and integration of complex ICT systems onto Navy platforms.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in:
Microsoft Windows SOE Development and Deployment
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure design & delivery
Application packaging and deployment
Endpoint management
Cyber security patching
Vulnerability management
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to present and engage with both internal and external stakeholders and Projects.
Knowledge and experience of the Defence ICT systems.
Knowledge of Agile, TOGAF, SAFe and DevSecOps to manage delivery of technical capabilities.
Experience with the Defence Strategic Framework, Defence Capability Life Cycle and the related governance requirements.
Desirable skills and experience
Have the ability to obtain Technical Authority (TA) delegation level 1 under the Defence ICT Technical Assurance Framework
